Are you using the 'Backup' albums feature? or are you copying the files manually. To transfer a complete album we recommend using the 'Backup albums' function. :)

Are you using the desktop app to transfer the video? If not I would like to suggest to use the desktop app. You can find it here: www.phototransferapp.com/desktop
Also, are you downloading/uploading anything else on the network at the same time when you are transferring? I would suggest that you check that the network is not very busy during the transfer process and if you are streaming anything, make sure to close those while you are attempting to transfer.

With the update of the new version of iOS5+ Apple decided to handle albums by duplicating all photos created in albums and sending it to the Camera Roll. We wish that it was handled differently, but unfortunately there isn't anything we can do as it has to do with Apple.
Something to note: iTunes can create albums without having photos repeated on the camera roll, unfortunately that is an exclusive function of iTunes when synching. Third party apps like ours need to place the photos in the camera roll and also in the album. However, even when creating new albums directly on the 'Photos' app on the iDevice then then placing photos on the new album those photos are also repeated on the camera roll. So basically, the only way to have photos in their own and only album is synching albums with iTunes.

Transferring videos between devices using Bluetooth is not supported because of the connection speed limitations of the Bluetooth protocol.

It seems like you are using another app on your mini which is why it isn't working. Please install Photo Transfer App by ERCLab on both your iPad and mac. Otherwise it will not work :)

Make sure that your have your device connected to the same wifi network as your computer. Also make sure that you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer and that both your devices are on the latest version of the app which is version 4.0 for iDevices.

If you are on iOS5 and If the location services doesn't show up then please look under general -> restrictions to check if the changes to the configuration is turned to ON. When restrictions menu is activated it will not show in the location services menu.
For iOS6 the way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6. Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Please follow those instructions and let us know if it worked. If not, then you may need to restart our app.
To do that, please double tab the 'Home button' of your device until the running apps appear and then hold your finger over our app and then tap the little '-' icon that appears over the icon. After that, launch our app and you should have access to your photos.
