Want to grade to 4.0 on my iMAc. Your down load site has only 2.0. My iPad was down loaded easy. Down you need 4.0 both on iPad and iMac computer?
Hello Ron!

Thank you for posting your question with us, I will be happy to help you!

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the Mac App which is version 2.0. I would recommend making sure you have the latest version of our app which is version 4.0 for iOS devices.

You can download from the app store link:

Please let me know if this helps or if you have anymore questions!

Amber, thanks for the response. I did download the 4.0 to my wife's iPad. And I see one uses 2.o for the iMac. I am running Lion on my iMac. So, 2.0 works with Lion?

When I first started using your app (when it was V.2.0) and I was using Snow leopard, it worked find. Now, it wasn't allow me to send photos from iMac on aperture to my wife's iPad running iPhoto. Help... what am I doing wrong?
Hi Ron,

The app should work with Lion on your iMac. Please tell us what type of issue you are experiencing with the Mac app so we can check if there is a bug or offer other suggestions. Also, you can try transferring with the web interface as well if you keep having issues with the Mac app.

Enrique, May be because of my age and not a computer genus, where is a "clear" step by step instructions. When you go to your help button, go down to the nice blue pictures to on how to send photo's from Mac to iDevice (iPad) it give you two instructions under "Create new albums on you iDevice from your Mac computer".
#1- Click the "Create Album" button to make an album on your iDevice. (Very clear)
#2- Scroll down, New Album will be located on the end of the album list. (Very clear)
Then the next "step" down it start talking with"drag and drop photos & videos from your iDevice to Mac computer".
What happen with with finishing with one and two instructions on sending your pictures to iPad????
Maybe I am not seeing something.
Hi Ron,

Sorry for the confusion. After you created the album on your iPad you can simply click on the 'Upload to album' button on the bottom bar and that will show you a file selector window that should allow you to navigate on your computer to select the photos that you want to upload. After you select the photos that you want to upload the transfer will start and when is completed the photos will be located on the 'Photos' app of your iPad. I hope this is a bit more clear. Let me know if you have other questions.

Best,

Enrique
