I would recommend that you turn off / on your device and when your device boots up, launch the photos app first and then launch our app. I would recommend that you try your transfer again. Is your video in a .mov format? What did you originally take the video with?

Are you using our Mac app? Or are you using the web interface to transfer between mac and iPad? If you do not have the mac app I would recommend giving that a try. You can download it for free here: www.phototransferapp.com/mac

What is the format and source of the video that you are trying to upload. Also make sure that your file name has no spaces in the file name. If it does make sure to remove them.

Depending on the format of the video on the iPad, it may not be able to save/play that video.

Have you tried turning off / on your iPhone, launching the App store and installing the app again? If you continue to have problems with installation I would recommend installing it / downloading it to iTunes and then use iTunes to sync your iPhone.

If you tap on our app and then tap on about this will tell you what version of our app you are running. If you are not running the latest version then you should be able to go to the iTunes store ( or Google Play store ) and look for the UPDATES tab. Our app should be listed there if you need to update our app.

If you select them in the order you wish them to appear, they should transfer in that desired order. However the way Apple handles the viewing of your photos, the newest photos will appear at the bottom and the older ones at the top. Unfortunately that's how Apple handles the direction/order of the photos being displayed while in the Photos App.

Do you have enough space on your iPad? Please make sure that you have enough space on your iPad or the transferring device while you are attempting to transfer your photos or videos.

No problem at all, happy to help :)

When you transfer from your device to your computer (for example) our app can only transfer your photos to your computer first and then once your photos are on your computer you can then transfer it to iPhoto. Our app cannot directly transfer to iPhoto.

What did you use to originally take the video? Are you using the desktop app or are you using the web browser? If the Photo Transfer app on your computer crashes can you please try transferring your video via the web browser? Just to see if experience any crashes?

Usually If the videos are extremely large, like over a couple of gigs, it's sometimes best to sync the video via iTunes. Are you on a home wifi network? or a public network?

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the app on your iPhone and iPad. The latest version is 4.01. Also make sure you have enabled the right privacy settings.

To Check Privacy Settings
If you are on iOS5 please verify that you have enabled Location Services for our app under Settings -> Location Services. If you don't see Location services listed then please look under General -> restrictions to see if it's turned ON.

For iOS6 the way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6. Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

What are you using the play the video? Our app transfers your photos / videos exactly as they appear on your device. Our app doesn't modify your content when transferred.

I would recommend using Quicktime to play your videos in :)
