connection issues

Does not recognize the Ipad or iphone did once and that's it same computer same iphone

Thank you for posting your question with us, I will be happy to help you!

Make sure that your have your device connected to the same wifi network as your computer. Also make sure that you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer and that both your devices are on the latest version of the app which is version 4.0 for iDevices.

I would like to suggest touch "Discover Devices" button a couple of times as sometimes it may take a couple of attempts for the app to discover the devices. Also you can close out the app and start it again, that will force the app to 'broadcast' itself on the network again and then touch "discover devices" button on the other device to try to re-discover it.
