First and foremost, I apologies for the long delay in response!
I would recommend trying to sync that video with iTunes, only because it's such a huge video to transfer over a wifi network.
Please let me know if this helps or if you continue to experience issues removing your video!

My apologies for the long delay in response!
When you setup Bluetooth between the two devices, did you make sure you selected both devices on each to transfer from one to the other? Also, I would like to suggest closing out the app, launching your photo app first on both devices, then launch our app and attempt to transfer via bluetooth.
Sometimes it takes a few attempts to find each device.

What did you use to originally take the video with? Did you import it from another device or make any modifications to it via an app within your iPhone?
Are you using our desktop app to transfer the video? Or are you using our web browser? Does this happen only on this particular video? Or other videos ( all videos ) on your device?
I would recommend closing out our app, launching your photos app first, relaunch our app and attempt to transfer your video. It should transfer if it is in a .mov format. Our app transfers videos in the native iOS format or .MOV format.

When transferring from your iPhone to iPad there isn't a computer that is involved. The transfer happens between both the iPhone and iPad over a wifi network :) The only time you need a computer is if you are transferring from your iDevice to computer. Please let me know if the note below helps!

I am sorry that you are having problems with playing videos. Our app transfers your videos exactly as they are stored on your iDevice including the rotation headers so most likely is the software that you are using on your computer that can't read the rotation headers correctly. What software are you using to view the videos? I would recommend you to try to download Quicktime from Apple which should display the videos correctly:

For iMovie: In iMovie, go to timeline view. Select the up-side-down video clip. Click on Editing/Video fx/Mirror effect. In mirror effect, set Effect In and Effect Out to 0. Move the slider bar to Bottom. That should flip the clip right side up.

If you are using the Desktop app, then the photos should appear in the folder / destination you choose to have your photos transfer too. Did our app indicate that the transfer was successful?
Make sure you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer your photos and that you are connected to the same wifi network.
