Re-downloading Photo Transfer App on Mac

Photo Transfer has been great on my mac mini core i7 with Mountain Lion, until I did a clean install of the mac mini. Photo Transfer Apps is indicated as "installed" in the App Store but will not download. Option-clicking the" installed" button produced no effect - a suggestion given from a community support page. Tried everything but it will not download. Is there a solution to getting it to download?

I would like to suggest that you please go to your 'Applications' folder in the Mac and check if the app is there. You can try to run it from there if the mac says that is already installed.
