Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you! I am sorry you are experiencing issues with the app.
If the location services doesn't show up then please look under general -> restrictions to check if the changes to the configuration is turned to ON. When restrictions menu is activated it will not show in the location services menu.
You could also try closing out the app, make sure you are not running any other programs in the background, launch your photos app first to refresh the database and then launch our app and see if you can transfer. I would recommend transferring maybe a small batch just to test it out.

I would recommend that you please close out our app, turn off / on your device. Launch your photos app first and then please launch our app. After launching our app attempt your transfer again.
Are you transferring videos or photos? What did you use to take the photo's with? Also what iOS are you running and what version of our app are you running on your device? We just pushed an update for our app which is currently 4.3.

Our app can create albums and transfer to / from those albums. Right now it isn't possible with Apples iOS to create subfolders within an Album.
You can use our app to transfer photos from your Windows PC to your iPad over wifi and transfer those photos to an album you manually create on your device or create using our app.

I would recommend that you please uninstall and reinstall the app on your device and on your computer. Once you reinstall the app on your device please launch your photos app first to ensure that your library is up to date and then launch our app. After launching our app, please try selecting your device and seeing if your albums show up :)

Please turn off / on your wifi on your iPhone and reconnect to the same network. Please let me know if this works or if you continue to have issues connecting!

Did you use the web browser perchance? If so, your photos will be sent to your computer as a photos.zip file. You need to right click and extract all files to get your photos :) Here is our walk through on our blog: http://blog.phototransferapp.com/2013...
If you have trouble finding your .zip file try looking for it on your desktop or use your search feature on your computer and look for photos.zip.
We also have a free desktop app that you can install and use :) This will send the photos directly to a folder on your computer that you choose. You can find more information here: www.phototransferapp.com/desktop

What error message are you receiving when you attempt to transfer your photos? Did you modify your photos in any way or with any other app? Make sure that your photos are in a JPG, GIF or PNG format when attempting to transfer ( our app can also transfer RAW files ).
Make sure that you keep the app running and on the same wifi network as the device/computer you are sending / receiving from.

I will be more then happy to help you!
You can use the app to transfer photos and video to your PC and any iDevice (and between iDevices) but it doesn't allow you to delete the photos off your iDevice directly. Apple does not allow apps to delete photos so you will have to do it manually from where your photos are stored in the camera roll. If your photos are stored in another album then you need to use iTunes to delete those photos/videos by sync/unsync your photos/videos.
