What version of our app are you running on your iPhone 5s? Also what iOS version are you using on your iPhone? Make sure that you are on the latest version of our app which is 4.4.
Something you can try is to close out our app, launch your photos app first and then launch our app. Sometimes your photo's library just needs a fresh broadcast :)

Thanks for posting your concerns here, I will be happy to help you. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app.
To select multiple photos to upload from computer to your iDevice you need to press the 'Apple' key on mac as you select the photos that you want to transfer from your computer. Pressing this key will allow you to select and transfer multiple photos at one time while using the web browser ( or desktop app ). There is a select all button at the top of the page which allows you to select all your photos to transfer as well as in the Desktop app. The desktop app also has a backup feature when transferring from device to Mac.
This should then allow you to select all the photos to transfer on that page. Same with the web browser.
How many photos are you transferring when you experience the crash? Also, what iOS and version of our app are you running on your iPad?

Our app is a 3rd party app and Apple doesn't allow 3rd party apps the ability to remove or delete anything off your device so if you want to delete photos you will have to do so manually through the photos app on your device.
If you tap on "edit" in your Photos App then you should be able to add / edit / delete albums.

Make sure that you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer and that you are on the latest version of the app which is version 4.5 for iDevices. Just to clarify; you are using the desktop app? www.phototransferapp.com/desktop
I would like to suggest touch "Discover Devices" button a couple of times as sometimes it may take a couple of attempts for the app to discover the devices. Also you can close out the app and start it again, that will force the app to 'broadcast' itself on the network again and then touch "discover devices" button on the other device to try to re-discover it.
Another solution you can attempt: Please reset your wifi network and then join the network again from the devices. You can also try using the manual entry option on the Windows App to see if that helps alleviate the issue you are experiencing with not being able to find the devices.

This should extract your photos to allow you to view them.

Hello Richard,
You need access to your JPG files directly. Please save the photos from iPhoto to a folder on your computer. Then from that folder they can read them from your desktop Mac app to be uploaded to your device.

We are fixing this issue and the update is currently being reviewed by Apple. We hope to have the update approved and released sometime tomorrow or early next week!

Are you using iOS5? There is a known bug for iOS5 on our app that causes the crash. An update is about to be released in the next couple of days!
