Pictures don't transfer

Are you transferring using the Desktop app? Or are you using the web interface? IF you are using the web interface you need to unzip the file's that are transferred to your desktop after you are successful in your transfer from Device to computer.

If you are using the Desktop app, then the photos should appear in the folder / destination you choose to have your photos transfer too. Did our app indicate that the transfer was successful?

Make sure you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer your photos and that you are connected to the same wifi network.
