Are you using an Apple router per chance? If so please make sure that you are using the main wifi network and not a guest network. What type of wifi router are you using?

Thank you for contacting us, I will be happy to help you. I am sorry you are having issues with the app!

Make sure that your have your device connected to the same wifi. Also make sure that you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer and that you are on the latest version of the app which is version 4.2 for iDevices. I would like to suggest touch "Discover Devices" button a couple of times as sometimes it may take a couple of attempts for the app to discover the devices. Also you can close out the app and start it again, that will force the app to 'broadcast' itself on the network again and then touch "discover devices" button on the other device to try to re-discover it.

Currently it isn't possible to use our desktop app to organize your albums in alphabetical order. However I have forwarded this to the developing team and they are putting this on their to-do list to hopefully implement this feature! So we will try to implement sorting in the next version/update of our app!

Unfortunately once a photo is deleted from your device then you can't get it back. Our app can only access the photos that are in your Photos App and the camera roll and albums that are located there. You can try retrieving them off of iCloud: Photo Stream. Note: Our app does not remove or delete any content off your device when you use it to transfer to / from your device to/from another device or computer. Our app essentially copies your photos / videos when transferring.

Unfortunately that's how Apple has decided to handle albums. When you put photos into an album with our app it will also copy them to the camera roll as well which, as a result, makes duplicates. If you delete the photo from the camera roll it will also delete it 'everywhere'. We wish it was handled differently as well, but unfortunately we can't do anything about that.

What program are you using to view your videos in? Please try using Quicktime and ensure that your QT is up to date and let me know if you still experience issues viewing your videos. Or you can also use VLC to view videos: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html

Please note that our app doesn't make any modifications to your videos when they transfer and after they transfer.

Thanks for contacting us here, I will be happy to assist you! I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with our app.

When you open our app on your iPad and scroll through your albums or camera roll, your videos that where taken with the device should show up in your camera roll. Please note that our app cannot grab from your videos folder. It can only grab them from the photos app.

Have you looked through your camera roll? Did you take your videos with your iPad? or did you sync/transfer them from another device?

To transfer from your iPhone to iPad you do not need a computer :) You can transfer from one device to the other over a wifi network without having to use a computer. The only time you do need your computer is if you want to transfer to/from your computer to/from your device.

Also you can transfer between them via bluetooth if you do not have access to a wifi network: http://phototransferapp.com/help/ipho...

Please note that you have to install and run the app on both devices and be on the same wifi network to transfer from one to the other. Our app is a universal app so as long as you use the same iTunes account you won't be charged a 2nd time to install it on the other device!

Are you using the Mac App or the web interface perchance? I would like to suggest that you try both ways to see if you experience any difference with the transfer.

I would also like to suggest that you ensure you are as close to the wifi router as possible to avoid network interruptions.

Finally, please check under "Camera Roll" to find the transferred photos and please let us know what version of the app and iOS you are using on your device.
