If you are still using iOS5.1 on your iPad one you can verify that you have enabled Location Services for our app under Settings -> Location Services. If you don't see Location services listed then please look under General -> restrictions to see if it's turned ON.
For ioS7 you need to go to Settings -> Privacy -> Photos and ensure that our app is enabled!

Our app currently can only copy your photos over from device to computer. The reason is because Apple restricts third party apps from removing / modifying any content that is on your device so our app cannot remove / delete your photos. You will have to do that manually.

Also make sure you have the app installed on your device :) Just tap on the App store on your device and look for Photo Transfer App and download / install our app.

Sorry that you are experiencing the app crashing. I would like to recommend that you try and force quit the app
After you force quit the app please try your transfer again and let us know if you experience any issues!

How To Force Quit The App:
1. Double tap on the home button
2. Tap and hold on our icon until it wiggles
3. Tap on the red (-)
This will force quit the app
After you force quit the app please try your transfer again and let us know if you experience any issues!

That is a function of Apple unfortunately. When you transfer photos to/from your device and sending it to an album it will also send it to your Camera Roll as well. We wish it was handled differently, however, there isn't anything we can do about it :(

I would recommend that you close out our app and launch your Photos app first and then launch our app. Sometimes the library database just needs to be refreshed. Once you've launched our app attempt your transfer again!

Are you using the Desktop app or the web interface to transfer your video? If you are using the desktop app I would like to suggest using our web interface instead of the app.
Also how long is the video you are trying to transfer? Note: There is no limit on the size of the video.

The plugins are not available on the first generation iPad because the plugins require iOS6 and the iPad 1 can only be updated to iOS5.
