Dear Leonard,
Thanks for posting your question here. What format are the videos that your camera makes? Are they in MOV or M4V format or a different one? Please note that for now our app accepts MOV and M4V only. Let us know some extra details about the video files and the error message that you are getting when trying to transfer your videos. We will be happy to help.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Dear Dora,
Thanks for posting your question here. To transfer videos from iPad to iPhone (or vice versa) you follow the same procedure as when transferring photos. Basically, on the sending device you choose the photos and videos that you want to transfer using the 'Select photos' button which let's you select photos and videos (videos are labeled as 'video' on the same thumbnails screen).
After you choose the videos that you want to transfer you can go to the 'Device' tab on the receiving device and the choose 'Receive'. The app should automatically detect the other device and you can use the 'Get videos' button to start the transfer of the videos you selected.
I hope this makes sense. Please let us know if you have any other question or comment. I will be happy to help.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Thanks for the update. That's very interesting. Do you know if it is crashing on a particular photo? Or is it exactly when you reach 36 photos selected? This is the first report of a bug like this so I'm very interested to understand what's going on.
Let us know when you select the photos from Photo Stream. That would be an interesting test.
Thanks,
Enrique

Hello,
Thanks for posting your question here. I just tried accessing the address from Safari 5.1.1 on 2 different systems and had no issues. Maybe you want to try to restart your system to see if the issue is resolved that way?
Another thing to try is to use the 'Bookmarks' menu on Safari and then use the 'Bonjour' menu item that should discover the devices running the app automatically. Hopefully the page will load that way. But apriori, there is no issue we have found so far with the app and Safari 5.1.1.
Let us know when you have a chance to try this out.
Best regards,
Enrique

Hi Mike,
Just wanted to check with you if you had a chance to read the link that I sent you on my previous post. It looks like you can avoid that prompt by executing this command on the terminal:
xattr -d -r com.apple.quarantine ~/Downloads/
I would suggest to create a new folder inside of your Downloads folder called 'Photo downloads' or something similar and then you can apply the command above to that particular folder instead of the whole Downloads folder.
Another solution is this. When you extract the contents of the zip file you could select all the files and then double click on them, then you will be prompted to accept to open them and then they will be open on 'Preview'. After this you should be able to use the files with no problems.
I hope this makes some sense. Let me know if you need further assistance.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Hello,
Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. That's strange, did you take all the photos with your iPhone 4S or did you import a few of them from another source? I'm thinking that this is related to one photo being corrupt causing this issue.
One thing you can verify is the settings of the app. Please open the 'Settings' app on your device, then scroll until you find our app and check that the setting for the maximum selection of photos is set to 200.
I hope this helps. Let us know about the settings screen and if you imported photos on your iPhone from another source. Also, please tell us how many photos you have saved on your device.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Dear Allyson,
Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having trouble with our app. That's quite strange issue, what type of photos did you transfer? Were they in very big resolution?
I would recommend you to try couple of things. First, turn off the iPad and turn it back on using the power button (hold it for a few seconds to turn the device off and on).
After you restart the iPad check if the 'Photos' app is back to normal. If you still have the same issue, you can try to sync your iPad with your computer using iTunes to see if that helps to rebuild the photo database. Maybe you can try adding a few photos to your iPad using the 'Photos' tab inside of iTunes (when you select your device) to make sure that the photo database is up to date.
I hope this helps you. Please let us know if you continue having problems. I will be glad to assist you.
Best regards,
Enrique

Dear Mike,
Thanks for contacting us. That's strange, you should not be getting that warning for the images downloaded from your device. Are you downloading the files individually or as a zip file? If you download them as a zip file and then extract the contents of the zip file that should allow you to move the JPG files without the warning.
Also, what web browser are you using? You should not get this warning when using Safari on your mac.
If the problem persists you can also disable that warning for a particular folder on your mac using a terminal command. Here is some info about it:

Dear Dissy,
Thanks for posting your question here. Are you getting an error or message when trying to transfer your video from iPhone to iPad?
Normally you should be able to transfer videos smaller than 10 minutes but you can try this to increase the limit:
Open the 'Settings' app on your iPhone and go to the settings for our app 'Transfer'). Then change the limit for the setting 'Max video duration' to 600 seconds (10 mins) or whatever you need. Please note that it may take a while to transfer if the video is very long.
I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other question or problem. We will be happy to help.
Best regards,
Enrique

Thanks for posting your question here. What direction are you transferring photos, from computer to device? or from device to computer? Our app does not modify the photos when they are transferred. They are read and saved exactly as they are on the source. If you are transferring photos from iPod to computer and you have a Windows XP PC then I would recommend to try a different software to view your photos because the Windows XP image gallery can't detect the rotation headers of the iPhone/iPod photos. You can try the Google Picassa viewer for example.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other question or comment. I will be glad to help.

Enrique
