Impossible IP address

All steps worked until the IP. I've done every step in your help, over and over again and I just can't open the page with the address indicated. I know that both the Iphone and the IMac are connected to the same wi-fi network and I've checked all the other steps more than once. Can you help me?

Dear Cristina,

Thanks for posting your question here. What type of wifi router do you have? If you have an Apple Airport please make sure that you are using the main network and not the 'Guest' network because it blocks communication between devices.

Also, what is the address that the app is giving you? I could check the format and tell you if there is anything wrong with it.

That address looks perfectly fine. What type of wifi router do you have? Is it a home network or a public network? If you have a 'Cisco Wallet' router please make sure that you are using the main network and not a guest network because the guest network prevents the devices to talk to each other.

Also, one thing you may want to try is to turn off your iPhone or iPad and turn in back on, then join the network again to make sure that all connections are refreshed.
