Problem with transferring short video clips - Strange JPG Icon

All day today I have been trying to move short video clips to my photo album for a keynote presentation. What I end up with is a white icon in my photo album that says JPG, but there is nothing inside it, and of course it is not a video. I have tried MP4 and MKV, but not MOV so far.

Hi Gregory,

Thanks for posting your question here. I'm really sorry you are having issues with the app. We are aware of a bug with the video upload function that is causing some videos to be saved as JPG files. I'm really sorry about this, we already fixed the issue and submitted an update to Apple for review. Apple takes a few days to review and approved software updates so now we are just waiting for them to release the update.

I'm sorry again, thanks for your patience. I will get back to you as soon as the update is released.
