Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app.
Are the videos in a .MOV format? Was the last video made (or all your videos) made with your iPhone 4S?
Are you trying to transfer from iPhone 4S to iPad 1? If so the issue with iPhone 4S videos is that they are in 1080p resolution and currently the iPad 1 cannot handle videos on that resolution. Our app transfers the videos in full resolution and when they are received by the iPad 1 they are rejected by the photos app.
We are working on reducing the resolution of the videos before the transfer takes place when the receiving device can't handle 1080p videos. We have already submitted an update to Apple and we are just waiting for them to approve it.
I'm sorry about this issue. Thanks for your patience. I will let you know when we publish this update.
Kind regards,
Amber

Thank you for your quick response!
I was trying to tranfer files from my iPhone4s to a iPad2.
The video's were made with the standard app on my iPhone.
Both devices are running on iOS5.0.
The movies that were transfered were put in the filmroll, and play perfectly well on the iPad. The reason the last video (and subsequent files) are unable to be transfered, is because the disc space became full (got a notification as well). This is strange because I have enough free disc space, but the app appears to 'store' the movies somewere. I could only free discspace by deleting the app and restart my device. A subsequent problem is that when I reinstall the app, the same thing is happening during my first video transfer. It looks like the app stores the files on a temperal directory or somthing and is unable to delete them.
Now the app is not on my iPhone, the storage seems ok, but I am not completely sure about that...
Kind regards,
Patrick
Thanks for the extra details. Deleting the app should delete all the contents that it stores. It is strange that the settings app is still showing the space because it should delete all the contents as well as temporary files when you delete it.
The app needs to store the videos temporarily while you transfer them and we save them to the camera roll. The videos should clear out after they are saved to the camera roll unless there is an issue with the saving of the file which may be the case. The files are stored on the temporary directory of the app which should also be cleared out when the app is uninstalled.
Please try to delete the app and install it again to see if the space is cleared out. Another thing to try is to do a sync with iTunes to see if that helps clearing the space.
I hope this helps. Let us know how things go after re-installing the app and synching with iTunes.
Regards,
Enrique
