I'm sorry you continue having issues. This is really strange, unfortunately there is no way to go back to an earlier version of the app as Apple does not provide a way to do that. Let's try one more thing, please uninstall our app from your device and then install it again from the app store (don't worry, you will not be charged again). Maybe there are some temporary files that are preventing the save to work properly. Also, please verify that you have enough space on your device just to make sure that's not the problem (Go to 'Settings' > 'General' > 'About').

Let me know when you have a chance to try this, we'll get this figured out! Oh, and if the problem continues please tell me how many albums you have stored on the 'Photos' app.

Dear Rachel,

I'm really sorry we missed your question and we are responding very late. Most likely the video taken with your Canon camera is on a format that is not compatible with the iPad. You can use this software to first convert the video to a compatible format before attempting to transfer to the iPad:

http://handbrake.fr/

The software is free and allows to convert to a compatible codec/size for iPad. I hope this helps you even though is very late to respond.

I'm sorry we didn't respond before. I apologize you are still having problems with the app. It seems that maybe one of the photos that you selected on the transfer is having some type of issue. Did you take all those photos with your iPhone or imported them from another source?

Unfortunately we can't process refunds. Apple handles all payments and customer information and we have no access to it. They take care of credit card processing and sales (that's why they keep a 30% cut on each app sale).You can try to contact them via iTunes to request the refund that way.

Also, we will be publishing an update to the app that should help fixing this problem, it should be out within the next couple of weeks.

Thanks for contacting us. I just replied to your email on our support inbox. I hope what I sent you is useful. My guess is that this has to do with the configuration of multicast on your router. Let me know on our support inbox the type of router you are using and if you've made any changes to its default configuration.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry we didn't respond earlier. Looks like you have done the right steps to troubleshoot the problem. My guess is that the photo database on your iPad is out of sync. Let's try one thing. First open the 'camera' app on your iPad and just take 1 photo or you can also take a screenshot pressing the home and power button at the same time. This will create a new item on the Camera roll which in turn should force the photos database to be synched. Then, open the 'Photos' app and then go to our app to try the transfer again. Maybe you want to take a quick/short video on your 4S and try to transfer that one to see if everything works.

Let me know when you have a chance to try this out. Again I apologize for the problem you are having.

Hi Ron, yes, unfortunately that's the case and we, developers are in disadvantage with Apple on this. When sending photos via iTunes they don't appear on the camera roll but we third party apps like ours the only option is to save them to the Camera roll and then placing the photos on folders. We hope Apple will give some other options to developers soon.
