Video Formats - I can upload the MOV file - get iPad (V 5.1) error "The video that you tried to transfer is not compatible with this device" MOV from Canon 550D

Dear Rachel,

I'm really sorry we missed your question and we are responding very late. Most likely the video taken with your Canon camera is on a format that is not compatible with the iPad. You can use this software to first convert the video to a compatible format before attempting to transfer to the iPad:

The software is free and allows to convert to a compatible codec/size for iPad. I hope this helps you even though is very late to respond.
