We sent an update to Apple last week and they just approved it. We are releasing the new version right now. Please wait 2 or 3 hours (from 10.30 AM PST) and try updating the app from the 'App Store' app on your device. We hope this issue is fixed. Hello,
Just to clarify on point 1. Apple requires all apps that need access to the photos stored on the device to have 'Location Services' enabled. This is because some of your photos may be geo-tagged and therefore Apple requests the user to allow the app to read your photos. As Amber mentioned, we do not use that information at all. We take the photo files exactly as they are stored on the device to transfer them intact to the receiving device.

Just to add a clarification, transferring photos and videos with our app will not affect your data plan usage as all the files are transferred using your local wifi network and they never reach the internet. The files go directly from device to computer and vice versa without going through external servers.

Currently we do not support transferring video over bluetooth due to the potential size of video files. We will try to incorporate this in a future version of the app.

Just to clarify this answer. Yes, you can transfer photos stored on your iPad to any other computer as long as the computer is on the same wifi network. It does not have to be the computer you originally synched your photos with.

Here is another thing that you can try to download all the images in the original version and format when you are not provided with the download full resolution link, please append the following to the address provided by the app:
http://:8080/photos.zip
That should initiate the download of your images. We are looking at this issue and we'll try to fix it as soon as possible.
