Dear Fred,
Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. This is interesting, can you quickly check if your new iPhone has enough free space? I guess it does since it is new but I just want to double check thats not the issue here.
If it does have enough free space then, can you just try transferring that particular photo to see if it transfers correctly on its own? Maybe something got corrupted with that file so transferring it on its own will be a useful test.
Another thing to do is to try to delete the app from your device and then install it again to make sure that all temporary files are removed and you have a fresh install (don't worry you will not be charged for the app again).
Let me know how things go after you try these things. And thanks for the feedback regarding the transfer limit, we will take a look at that.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Hello,
Thanks for posting your question. Currently we support transferring RAW files from device to computer and not the other way around however, we are preparing v3.1 that will allow the other direction as well. For now you can try renaming the file from .RAW to .JPG to see if the files shows up correctly on the device. If not, then please email us to: support [at] phototransferapp [dot] com and we can offer an alternative to install a pre-release version of the app.
Regards,
Enrique

Hi Laura,
Try installing VLC, it's another free video player that supports multiple video formats and is compatible with Windows and Mac: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
I hope that player will help you view your videos. Regards,

If you used Photo Transfer App to move your photos to your iPad then you should be able to delete them from the 'Saved photos' album (or from the 'Camera roll' if you have an iPad 2). You should be able to open the 'Saved photos'/'Camera roll' album and then use the little 'arrow' button on the top right corner to select the photos that you want to delete, then use the 'Remove' button to delete the photos. I hope that helps. If not, then please send us an screenshot of where you are trying to select the photos so we can understand where the problem may be, you can send it to our support address: support [at] phototransferapp [dot] com.
Are you trying to open the video using QuickTime or another software? If you don't have quicktime then you can install it from here:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
I hope this helps!

Dear Liz,
Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. To fix this issue you can try 2 things. First one is to simply launch the 'Photos' app on your iPad and then launch our app again to try the transfer again. Sometimes the 'photos' app needs to be refreshed and launching it does that.
If the problem continues then please open the 'Settings' app on your iPad, scroll until you find our app (listed as 'Transfer') and then switch the Setting 'Use old saving APIs' to ON and try to transfer your video.
I hope this helps! Let us know if you continue having issues.
Kind regards,
Enrique

I would like to clarify that if you are transferring that video from computer to your iPad the settings change that Amber proposed does not take effect - that change is only for transferring from iPhone/iPad to another iPhone/iPad.
The reason that limit exists is because sometimes with very large files the transfer may not complete successfully, another reason is that the videos are saved to the 'Photos' app which is not meant to store very large video files.

Enrique

Also, you can simply install the app again directly from the 'App Store' app on your new iPhone 4S. If you are using the same iTunes account as on your iPod Touch then you will not be charged again to install it on your new device.
Hope this helps!

Hello,
If you created that album using iTunes and then Synched your device with your computer then the only way to remove photos or the album is by using iTunes and synching again. Did you create the album with the 'Photos' app on the device or with your computer? Let us know and we will try to help you.
Kind regards,
Enrique
