small photos

why are my uploaded photos (from Windows to IPad 3) not full screen size? They have a black frame about 3 cms wide at the top and bottom (landscape) and at the side (portrait).

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us. Our app transfer your photos exactly as they are stored on your computer, we don't transform or change the resolution of your photos during the transfer process. Please make sure that you are selecting the full resolution version of your photos on your Windows computer and not a reduced version of the images.
