Thanks for contacting us. Sorry you are having problems with the app. Can you tell me the format of the video that you are trying to upload? Also, we are aware of an issue with files that have spaces on the files name like 'video file.mov' for example. We are working on a fix for that. Please try removing spaces on the file name of your video files and see if that helps. If not then it may be related to the video format of your files, in that case please let us know where those files came from and if you can send us a sample to our support inbox that would also help us figure this out.

I'm sorry you are having trouble with the app. You can try this: Open the app on both devices then touch the little settings button on the top left corner of the screen and then turn OFF the 'Authorize devices' setting. That will stop the authorization mechanism and should let you use the app like before.

Sorry you are still having issues. If you are still under iOS 5 try this:
Open the 'Settings' app then go to 'Location Services' and make sure that it is enabled for our app. This ensures that the app can read your albums that contain photos with location data.
Also, make sure that you have the latest version of our app (version 4.0). You can check this when touching the 'About' button on the main screen of the app.

If you had the app installed on your device from before (more than a few days) then please make sure that you update the app on your iPad and on your iPhone, the latest version is v4.0. So, just touch the 'About' button on the main screen of the app and then verify that you have version 4.0 or our app on iPhone and iPad. To update the app just go to the 'App Store' app on your device and touch the 'Updates' tab.

If you are transferring from one device to another you can use the 'Select all' button on the iPhone/iPad app.

Did you send us the sample photos to our support inbox: support [at] phototransferapp [dot] com? I looked there but couldn't find an email from you. Let me know.
Also, tell me how you are looking at the EXIF headers. One possible scenario is that for the first photo you took there was no GPS fix and therefore the first photo does not have the lat/lon info on it (if that's what you are looking at) and for the second photo it acquired GPS info and set the GPS EXIF headers.
Let me know how you are looking at the EXIF data (what program you are using) so I can try to replicate the same scenario.
