App wants me to authorize connection but cannot figure out how.

Purchased the App and installed on Ipad2. I also have the app installed on Iphone1 and Ipad1. I can transfer from the Ipad2 to Ipad1. I would like to transfer from Iphone1 and Ipad1 to Ipad2. When I try Ipad2 asks for me to authorize the connection in order to receive. Ipad2 will send, but will not receive.
Ipad1 and Iphone1 work together just fine.

Thanks for contacting us. If you had the app installed on your device from before (more than a few days) then please make sure that you update the app on your iPad and on your iPhone, the latest version is v4.0. So, just touch the 'About' button on the main screen of the app and then verify that you have version 4.0 or our app on iPhone and iPad. To update the app just go to the 'App Store' app on your device and touch the 'Updates' tab.

I have the same problem after using the app for a long time and I know all updates have been installed. It is very frustrating as I this is,usually a great app which I use all the time in my work. Why it has suddenly done this defeats me!

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having trouble with the app. You can try this: Open the app on both devices then touch the little settings button on the top left corner of the screen and then turn OFF the 'Authorize devices' setting. That will stop the authorization mechanism and should let you use the app like before.
