Thanks for your prompt response. I am using iOS 5.1.1.

BTW I can transfer photos with no problems as usual using the browser on the PC side. Is this app worth the trouble? Perhaps it is better just to delete it as I could have transferred photos a dozen times with a USB cable in the time I have spent trying to get this to work.

Sorry you are still having issues. If you are still under iOS 5 try this:

Open the 'Settings' app then go to 'Location Services' and make sure that it is enabled for our app. This ensures that the app can read your albums that contain photos with location data.

Also, make sure that you have the latest version of our app (version 4.0). You can check this when touching the 'About' button on the main screen of the app.
