If you had the app installed on your device from before (more than a few days) then please make sure that you update the app on your iPad and on your iPhone, the latest version is v4.0. So, just touch the 'About' button on the main screen of the app and then verify that you have version 4.0 or our app on iPhone and iPad. To update the app just go to the 'App Store' app on your device and touch the 'Updates' tab.

I'm so sorry you kept having issues. The problem may be related to having spaces on the file name. It would be very useful if you can try removing the spaces on the file name of the movie file and try the transfer again. We are actively trying to resolve this issue and your help will be appreciated. I apologize again for the bad experience you had with the update.

Thanks for contacting us. Interesting, so you can see the images if you do double click on them right? And you can also view them if you open them with an image program correct? It may be that because the images are in full resolution the file explorer takes longer to display them.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Can you try doing the manual entry using the Windows app? You need to type the address given by the app on your iPad to check if you can connect that way. Here is how:

If you keep getting problems then tell us what type of wifi router you are using. If you have an Apple Extreme Router or a higher end Cisco router then make sure that you are using the main network and not the guest network.

Thanks for contacting us. Our app does not change the settings of Photo Stream, we only read and save photos from the 'Photos' app but there is definitely no change on the Photo Stream settings on your device. You may want to check the 'iCloud' settings on your device (inside of the 'Settings' app). Also, how are you using Photo Stream on your PC? What program are you using for that? You can be certain that our app will not affect how Photo Stream works.

Hi GTang,

Yes, our app transfer photos with the same quality and full details. The difference in the CRC may be related on how the photo is stored on the device and then read with our app. We are using the API's provided by Apple wich let us read the image from the photo database and not directly as a file, so we have to re-create the file which may be causing the difference but there is absolutely no loss on quality, size or metadata.

Thanks for contacting us. What program are you using to view your photos on your computer? Maybe you are looking at the photos inside of the zip file? I would recommend to try to use our new desktop application that lets you transfer photos from iPhone to computer in an easier way:

Hi John,

Currently we do not suppor transferring mutliple directories of photos at the same time. You can select all photos in one directory but you can't select multiple directories at the same time. We will look into implementing a functionality like that for future versions of the app.
