selecting a range of photos to transfer

Hi Rob,

Thanks for contacting us and for using our app. If you are using the desktop application you can press the 'Shift' key to select multiple photos or a whole range of photos to transfer to your computer. If you are transferring from one device to another you can use the 'Select all' button on the iPhone/iPad app.

The SHIFT key does not allow group selection on Windows 8... monumental FAIL as I am not going to do this one by one!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for not responding earlier. Yes, our Windows 8 client is more limited for now, we are preparing an update to make it better. In the meantime, have you tried using our client for Windows Classic? If you have a computer running Windows 8 you should also be able to use our client for Windows (pre-Windows 8). You can install it from here:

This client is more powerful and it will allow you to transfer all photos in one album in one shot (via the backup feature).
