HELP! it is not connecting no matter what I do!
I just purchased the app and it WILL NOT connect to either of the URL's given to me to go to. Says: Safari can’t open the page “http://192.168.1.102:8080/” because the server where this page is located isn’t responding.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. This problem is most likely due to the configuration or your wifi router. Can you tell us what type of router do you have? One quick suggestion is to reset the router and join the network again from both your iPhone/iPad and computer to make sure that all connections are refreshed. Also, make sure that your computer and device are connected to the same wifi network.
Let us know if resetting your router helped you.

I just answered your question on our support inbox, most likely the network you are using is configured to block communication between devices. Please read my email and let us know if creating the adhoc network helped.
