windows program problem.

after intalled photo transfer app to windows PC but when lunch the program there is nothing on the window.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Can you please check that you have the latest version of Adobe AIR installed on your computer:

http://get.adobe.com/air/

Let us know after you update AIR on your computer. Also, if the problem continues you can still use the web interface to transfer your photos between your PC and your device.
