Dear Karen,
Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help.
If you are viewing your photos on the web browser some pictures will not be rotated the proper way. This is because the browser can't detect the proper rotation. To solve this please use the 'Download all photos as zip file' and then open your photos with a image viewing software on your computer. Picassa desktop, for example, will be able to show the photos in the correct orientation.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other question.
Kind regards,
Amber

Have you tried closing out the app and relaunching it and attempting to transfer your video again? Did you modify the video with any software / apps before transferring? Was it taken on your iPhone 4s?
Also, are you using the http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photo-..."> mac app?
Please let me know the above :)

Amber

Hello!
I will be happy to help you. Thank you for posting your question here.
When you download photos from the website given to you by the IP address of our app, you are given a few options. If you download the .zip file then it should be on your desktop by default. If it isn't, then it will be in the folder where you have all your content from the internet when downloaded goes. If you are not sure, then check something like C drive -> My Documents -> Downloads.
Make sure that you right click and select 'extract all' when you find the zip file :)
Please let me know if you have any more questions!
Best,
Amber

Hell Ron,
I will be more then happy to help you!
With the update of the new version of iOS5+ Apple decided to handle albums by duplicating all photos created in albums and sending it to the Camera Roll. This is the same when you are deleting photos. It will also delete them out of the camera roll as well (and albums). We wish that it was handled differently, but unfortunately there isn't anything we can do as it has to do with Apple.
Please let me know if I can assist you further.
Warm Regards,
Amber

Hello Jubin,
I will be happy to help you.
We have included a feature to password protect the access to the transfer web page in one of our recent updates.
To adjust this open the 'Settings' app on your device and scroll down until you find the settings for our app (listed as 'Transfer'). Then either remove the 'Web page password' entry or choose a new one to enable access to the transfer page again.
Please let us know if you have any other question or comment.
Kind regards,
Amber

Hello Pauline,
I will be happy to help you.
Our app cannot delete photos off your device because Apple doesn't allow third party apps to modify your content directly.
In order to delete the photos off your iPad you have to either use the photos app and delete them yourself manually or you can use iTunes to unsync those photos from your iPad.
To delete manually just tap on the photo and hit the 'trashcan' icon. It will then prompt you if you want to delete the photo.
I hope this helps!
Kind Regards,
Amber

Hello John,
Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.
Yes our app can be installed on however many iDevice(s) you need. If you use the same iTunes account Apple App store will not charge you to install them, it will just act like an update.
Are you installing it directly on the iPhone using the app store? I would recommend that. If you still have issues you can download it to iTunes and then sync your iPhone with iTunes.
Please let me know if this helps you.
Kind Regards,
Amber

Hello Ramon,
Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.
Make sure you keep the app launched while you attempt to transfer the video. How long is the video?
I would recommend that you close out the app and relaunch your photos app first and then launch our app. Try your transfer again. If it still freezes, as a last resort you can uninstall and reinstall the app.
I would like to suggest maybe using our Mac app to transfer photos from iDevice to your mac using our mac app:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photo-...
Just install the software from the link and then launch the app on your iDevice and on the Mac. Your mac should discover your device when you click on "discover devices" button on the mac app. Also make sure that your iDevice and mac are connected to the same network.
Please let me know if this helps

Hello Wendy,
Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.
We've noticed that sometimes the iPad has trouble saving photos that are in very high resolution, so maybe a good test would be to resize one of your photos that are not transferring correctly before uploading them to the iPad to see if that helps.
I have another suggestion as well that might help. Please follow this instructions to enable a workaround that should help to solve this issue:
1. Open the 'Settings' app on your iPad and scroll down until you find our app ('Transfer')
2. Change the switch for 'Use old saving APIs' to ON
Doing this will tell our application to use the old programming interfaces provided by Apple to save your photos. The old programming interface is more forgiving in terms of photo format and size.
Let me know how it goes when you try to reduce the resolution before uploading.
Kind regards,
Amber
