Cannot connect to photo transfer app on iPad 1 from windows 7

I get a page which is asking for a password when i type in the url on my pc browser.is there a password that I need to remember.if so how can I reset it.

I will be happy to help you.

We have included a feature to password protect the access to the transfer web page in one of our recent updates.

To adjust this open the 'Settings' app on your device and scroll down until you find the settings for our app (listed as 'Transfer'). Then either remove the 'Web page password' entry or choose a new one to enable access to the transfer page again.
