I am sorry you are having additional issues. Please note that Apple does not allow you to transfer an entire album. You can only transfer the content within it. So you have to tap on the album and then select the photos you wish to transfer.
Are your photos in a JPG, GIF or PNG format? Where they edited or modified?
I would recommend closing out our app then launch your photos app first then launch our app. This will refresh your photo(s) library.
Please let me know if this helps or alleviates the situation.

The location services has moved sense a few updates. It should be under -> settings -> location services -> scroll down to Transfer and make sure that it is selected to "on".

Unfortunately Apple does not allow the feature to transfer whole albums but you can select multiple photos to transfer from computer to iDevice and iDevice to computer.
So you will have to select up to 200 photos to transfer by tapping on "last 100 photos" and select all. If you want to transfer more then that you can adjust the photo limit by going to settings -> Transfer -> adjust the photo limit from 200 to the desired amount.
Just keep in mind that the transfer can take a little while if you transfer huge batches. It also depends on your internet speed.

What program are you using to view your photos? (If you are viewing your photos on the web browser some pictures will not be rotated on the proper way.)
This is because the browser can't detect the proper rotation. To solve this please use the 'Download all photos as zip file' and then open your photos with a image viewing software on your computer.

Did you download the .zip file to your computer and then extract the zip file? Are you looking at your albums via iTunes? Did you unsync the photos from your albums through iTunes? Or are they visiable on your iDevice?

Can you post to me the full IP address you are inserting into the address bar of your web browser? Also are you on a home wifi network or a public wifi network? If you are on a public wifi network you might want to try and refresh your routers connection by turning it off for 10seconds and then turning it back on. Also make sure that you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer.
Can you also try in a different web browser like FireFox or Google Chrome?
As far as the photos not recognizing. Where they taken with your iDevice? Or modified in any software? Note that our app only accepts JPG, PNG and GIF formats for photos.
