I apologize for the long delay in response. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Are you running the latest version of our app 3.0.1?

Where your videos in a .MOV format and did you modify them in any software or program? Where they taken with the iPhone 4?

Can you try to force quit the app to see if that still causes it to crash? Just double tap on the home button, hold down on the photo transfer app and when the red (-) appears, tap on that and relaunch.

Dear Liz,

Our app and webpage does not require a password to access it. Maybe you are seeing the password box for Apple when you first purchase the app? If that is the case you have to use your Apple ID password. If you've forgotten it you will have to contact apple to request a password reset or send you your password.

I just wanted to follow up with you if you where able to get it to work or not :)

I would suggest you turn your router off/on to give it a fresh connection and then attempt your transfer again.

I would recommend closing out the iTunes store (or the app store on your iDevice) and then relaunch it and try to install the app again.

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

You can change the file size by going to Settings -> transfer -> Select video limit. Change the limit size.

Just note that a large gig file like that might take sometime to transfer and it has to be in a .MOV format. If you find it is to cumbersome to transfer over, I would recommend try using iTunes to sync it sense its such a huge file.

That is interesting. Are you near a wifi router? Are you trying to connect to a wifi router at home or a public network? Make sure that your wifi is turned on by going to settings -> wifi. Make sure its "on".

Make sure they are in a JPG, GIF or PNG format. Also what version of the app are you running? Our latest version is 3.0.1. Did you modify the photos in any programs or software?

I would recommend you close the app out and relaunch everything and try your transfer again. I would also recommend trying to transfer using a different web browser like FireFox or Google Chrome.

Are you still using the same wifi network as before when the app worked? or, are you using a different wifi network? Please note that some public wifi networks at hotels or coffee shops are configured to block communication between devices.

Please make sure that you keep the app running on your device and that you use the address that appears inside of the app, do not bookmark the address as it may change from time to time.

Also, if you continue having problems you could try to reset your wifi router and join the network again from your iPhone/iPad and your computer to make sure that all connections are refreshed.

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help.

As of right now, you can't delete the camera roll as that is the default album Apple has designated it to be. Also for this reason, it makes duplicates of photos in your albums and puts them into the camera roll as well. Again this is something Apple has implemented and we can't do anything about it :(

There is no size limit but a 5gig video might take a while to transfer. It also depends on the internet speed you are connected to.

Are you trying to transfer over a home wifi network or a public wifi network?

If you continue to have problems I would suggest trying to sync with iTunes only because the video is such a large file.
