Thanks for using Photo Transfer App. What program are you using to view your photos? Note that if you are viewing your photos on the web browser some pictures will not be rotated on the proper way. This is because the browser can't detect the proper rotation. To solve this please use the 'Download all photos as zip file' and then open your photos with a image viewing software on your computer.
Have you tried to view it using different software to view your photos in? What is the file extension of your photos. They should be a JPG, GIF or PNG format.

The location services has moved. It should be under -> settings -> location services -> scroll down to Transfer and make sure that it is selected to "on". Are yu able to locate it there?

I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Make sure you are typing the address in the address bar of your web browser and not the search engine of your web browser like google.
I would recommend you to double check that your iPhone and computer are connected to the same wifi network as sometimes the iPhone may join automatically another nearby network. Also, are you using a home wifi network or a public wifi network?
If you verified that they are in the same wifi network then you could try using the alternate address that appears on your iPhone when you launch our app (the one that says for Windows computers with a few numbers). Please note that sometimes it takes couple of attempts to establish communication.
Also, please make sure that you keep the app running on your device and that you type the address exactly as it appears on the app including the 'http://' and the ':8080' parts.
Finally, you could also try resetting your wifi router to make sure that all connections get refreshed. After you reset the wifi router you need to join the network again on your iPhone and try the transfer process again.

How long is the video you are trying to transfer? You might want to change the max video duration.
If it is longer than 5 minutes you may need to make a change on the settings to allow the transfer. Here is what you need to do if the video is longer than 5 minutes: Open the 'Settings' app on your iPhone and go to the settings for our app 'Transfer'). Then change the limit for the setting 'Max video duration' to 600 seconds (10 mins) or whatever you need. Please note that it may take a while to transfer if the video is very long.

The photos will be saved in the same sequence as they are selected on the PC. The order depends on the order they are selected on the computer. So if you select them how you want them ordered on your PC they should transfer to your iPhone in that sequence.

You need to have the app installed on both devices in order to transfer using our app to another device. Our app is a universal app so that means you can download it on multiple devices and not get charged as long as you use the same iTunes account. It will not charge you twice and it will act like an 'update'.
If you are using a different iTunes account, it will charge you to download / install the app on your iDevice.

When you select the photos that you want to transfer from your computer to your iPad you should be able to just select the photo you want to view and double click on the image to enlarge it. If you are in a folder with pictures in it, you should be able to scroll left/right (with your arrow keys) to view it.
You can also use our website to view the photos as well before transferring. We have a great tutorial here: http://phototransferapp.com/help/ipad...
and the only way to view your photos when transferring from iPad to computer, is to view it on the iPad itself.
