Thanks for contacting us. We really appreciate your humbling comments about our app, we are glad you are enjoying it!

With the update of the new version of iOS5 Apple decided to handle albums by duplicating all photos created in albums and sending it to the Camera Roll. We wish that it was handled differently, but unfortunately there isn't anything we can do as it has to do with Apple.

If you want to delete an album from your iPad just go to the photos app and then tap on the "edit" icon. From there you should be able to tap a red (-) beside the album name to delete it. Note: you can't delete the camera roll.

Hello!

I would recommend trying to load the IP address in another browser? Perhaps Google Chrome or FireFox?

Some users have experienced some issues with IE and found that if they switched to another browser they where able to have more luck loading the page and flash being updated, the button shows up.

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Did you use our app to transfer the photos or did you transfer them all by using iTunes? You might want to try and unsync them using iTunes. This is one way to delete photos off your iPad.

The other option you can try would be to go to your photos app on your iPad and from there use the delete feature to delete the photos.

Note: Our app does not delete or remove anything from your iDevice as Apple has not allowed this feature to be enabled for developers. So you don't have to worry about our app removing any of your photos or deleting them. Any / all deletions are made by the user :)

Your photos need to be in the camera roll or a custom album in order for you to transfer those photos from your iDevice to computer using our app.

If you modified the photos in another app, you will have to find some way to save them to your camera roll.

Thanks for posting your question here. You actually don't need to have anything installed on your computer. As long as you still have the app installed on your iPhone you should be able to transfer photos. On your computer you only need a web browser like Internet Explorer/Safari/Chrome, etc. to transfer photos.

The app transfers the photos in full resolution in both directions from iPad to computer and from computer to iPad. The photos get reduced only when using iTunes. Our app preserves the full resolution image on the device. When viewing an image on the device Apple internally uses a reduced version of the image to be displayed on the screen (To avoid loading the full resolution image on the device) but the full resolution representation is still there. It is simply not used for displaying on the screen. That is how Apple designed the "Photos" app and unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it.

As of right now, there isn't a way to transfer "full albums". So you will have to select multiple photos to transfer. To select multiple photos to upload from computer to your iDevice you need to press the 'Ctrl' key on windows or the 'Apple' key on mac as you select the photos that you want to transfer from your computer. Pressing this key will allow you to select and transfer multiple photos at one time.

If you are transferring from iDevice to computer then you will want to select up to 200 photos using our app. You can change this setting by going to the 'settings' for our app and changing the photo transfer limit. note: The larger the number of photos you are transferring the slower and potential for the transfer to lag or be slow.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the app. I will be more then happy to assist you.

Make sure you keep the app running when you attempt to transfer the video. What is the length/size of the video?

Also note In order for it to transfer it needs to be in a .MOV format. To change it to a .MOV just simply change the extension from a WMV to .MOV. So your file should look like: filename.mov. How long is the video that you are trying to transfer?

If it is longer than 5 minutes you may need to make a change on the settings to allow the transfer. Here is what you need to do if the video is longer than 5 minutes: Open the 'Settings' app on your iPad and go to the settings for our app 'Transfer'). Then change the limit for the setting 'Max video duration' to 600 seconds (10 mins) or whatever you need. Please note that it may take a while to transfer if the video is very long.
