Thank you for posting your question here. I am sorry about the confusion about the password issue.

In the latest update of our app we have included a feature to password protect the access to the transfer web page. To change this simply open the 'Settings' app on your device and scroll down until you find the settings for our app (listed as 'Transfer'). Then either remove the 'Web page password' entry or choose a new one to enable access to the transfer page again.

Please let me know if you are able to access our website after implementing this change. If you have further questions or comments, feel free to leave them here :)

Do you have the app installed on both your iDevices? If so, make sure you keep the app running on both devices and that they are connected to the same wifi network. Sometimes they tend to connect to nearby networks if they are available.

Also make sure that you are running the latest version of our app 3.2.

The advice to check that 'Location Services' is turned on has really helped others who have had similar issues. Go to the 'Settings' app on your device and then make sure that 'Location Services' is ON for our app (Apple requires apps accessing albums and photos information to have location services enabled as many of your photos may be geo-tagged).

If you go to Settings -> Transfer -> you will find a list of our app settings. From there you can adjust how many photos to transfer at a single time and the length of video(s).

From there you can also adjust the sound off/on, clear selections after transfer is finished etc.

Your photos will have been placed in a .zip file. Usually titled photos.zip. It is placed wherever you have your default content go whenever you download anything off the internet. Usually its to the desktop. If you cannot find it there then you will want to look in your "downloads" folder.

Our app allows you to transfer photos and videos over a wifi network without having to go through iTunes. So as long as you have a wifi network to connect to and your iDevice and computer are connected to the same network you will be able to transfer without using iTunes.

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you with the issue you are having.

When you launch our app did you also launch our webpage to start the transfer process? Make sure you go to the IP address indicated by our app and insert that into the address bar of your web browser. From there you can transfer from iPad to computer and visa versa.

When you launched the app, what sent to your email? Photos? Videos? Or when you launched it did the app crash?

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Is the app fully installed? I would recommend turning off/on your iPod and then try launching the app again. If you still have issues I would recommend that you uninstall and reinstall the app again. It won't charge you twice to install it as long as you use the same iTunes account.

Please let me know if uninstalling and reinstalling the app works! Make sure its the latest version 3.2.
