Dear Sll,

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

The pictures should show up in the order you select them from computer to iDevice. So it should still be in the same order you chose them from your computer.

If you are still having issues, you could create an album for those specific pictures and transfer them to that album. Just make sure you select them in the order you want them to appear.

I hope this helps!

Kind Regards,

Amber

Dear Simon,

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you out.

Make sure your video is in a .MOV format. Sense you mentioned above that your video is longer than 5 minutes you need to make a change on the settings to allow the transfer. Here is what you need to do if the video is longer than 5 minutes: Open the 'Settings' app on your iPhone and go to the settings for our app 'Transfer'). Then change the limit for the setting 'Max video duration' to 600 seconds (10 mins) or whatever you need. Please note that it may take a while to transfer if the video is very long.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Warm Regards,

Amber

Dear MaryAnn,

Thanks for contacting us, I will be happy to help you.

Our app only transfers between iDevice to iDevice, iDevice to Android and Android to iDevice. As of right now we do not support the BlackBerry.

We appreciate your feedback and hopefully we can support the BlackBerry soon!

Thanks!

Dear Rshchiu,

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Have you tried reducing the size of the image before transferring? Sometimes if the file is to large it can't read the image in such a large format so sometimes you have to scale it down a little to allow your device to read it.

Our app transfers photos in PNG, GIF and JPG formats. We can only transfer RAW files from iDevice to computer, not computer to iDevice (we are working on an update to fix this). As far as the naming scheme, our app can only transfer photos. We can't rename files.

I hope this helps!

Please let me know if you have any more questions!

Hello!

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

It could be because of the large size of your photo. Did you happen to modify it with any software? or is it just the raw file?

When you transfer photos from computer to iDevice they are saved, on your phone, in sequential order that you selected them on the computer.

We appreciate your feedback, thank you!

Kind Regards,

Amber

Hello!

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

As of right now Apple does not allow a way for entire albums to be transferred. Our app allows you to transfer up to 200 photos at a time (It should show up as the last 100 photos taken) but you can change this amount to whatever desired number. Just be aware that the higher the number the slower the transfer.

To select multiple photos to upload from computer to your iDevice you need to press the 'Ctrl' key on windows or the 'Apple' key on mac as you select the photos that you want to transfer from your computer. Pressing this key will allow you to select and transfer multiple photos at one time.

I hope this helps answer your question. If it does not feel free to reply and I will be happy to help you with additional questions :)

Kind regards,

Amber

Dear Phil,

Our app works using a wifi connection so it requires internet to transfer from iDevice to computer, computer to iDevice and iDevice to iDevice (However, from iDevice to iDevice you can use bluetooth).

If you do not have a wifi network, you can create an ad-hoc which will allow you to connect without wifi :)

I hope this answered your question(s). Please let me know if I can assist you further!

Dear Raymond,

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

1. Yes. Our app needs to have the location services turned on in order to transfer photos. Do not worry, we cannot see any of the data collected on any of these photos that you are transferring. As a matter of fact we do not have access to any of your content at all. When you connect your iDevice to your computer using our app it creates a temporary secure network between those two devices alone. Only you have access to it.

2. When you transfer your photos from computer to iDevice it should keep it in the order in which you selected them on the computer. You can create specific albums on your iDevice and transfer those photos to that specific album if you want to keep them organized by name and specific date.

Let me know if this helps or if you have any other questions :)

Kind Regards,

Amber

Hello Natalia,

Thank you for contacting us, I will be more then happy to help you!

Our app is a universal app which means you can download it to your iPad and not have to pay for it on your iPhone as long as you use the same iTunes account as you used to purchase it on your iPad :)

It will act like an update if you go to the app store on your iPhone and download the photo transfer app!

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any more questions about the app!

Hello Ken,

Thank you for the warm compliments, we really appreciate it!

I apologies for the delay in response. This is something that has been requested by other users and the developer of the app will try to work on a potential update for this. We hope to have this feature implemented sometime in the future but for now, unfortunately, we don't. We are limited by what Apple allows a third party app to access as far as your photos and videos are concerned.

Please let us know if you have any questions while you continue to use the app!

Best,

Amber
