Our app and webpage does not require a password to access it. Maybe you are seeing the password box for Apple when you first purchase the app? If that is the case you have to use your Apple ID password. If you've forgotten it you will have to contact apple to request a password reset or send you your password.
I've been using this app for a while and it was great but all of a sudden when I type in the url # I get a Tranfer page that says " This page is protected. Please enter your password" So what's up. I can't use the app now?
