Cannot Connect via my PC

When I type in the ip address into my pc it states Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. We recently changed from BT broadband to fibre (BT infinity) but both devices have same wireless settings, previous to the change the app worked - now it doesn't.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app.

Are you still using the same wifi network as before when the app worked? or, are you using a different wifi network? Please note that some public wifi networks at hotels or coffee shops are configured to block communication between devices.

Please make sure that you keep the app running on your device and that you use the address that appears inside of the app, do not bookmark the address as it may change from time to time.

Also, if you continue having problems you could try to reset your wifi router and join the network again from your iPhone/iPad and your computer to make sure that all connections are refreshed.

I just wanted to follow up with you if you where able to get it to work or not :)

I would suggest you turn your router off/on to give it a fresh connection and then attempt your transfer again.
