Do you have the settings to accept 500 photos? By default our app allows you to select up to 200 photos. To change this just go to settings -> transfer -> photo limit size and from there you can change the size limit but just note, it does take a while to transfer that many photos at a single time. The freezing could be due to your wireless connection. If it isn't strong enough it might not be able to handle that many. So make sure you are as close to the router as possible :)

Where all your photos in a PNG, GIF or JPG format? Have you tried transferring a smaller batch like 5, for example, to see if you get a corrupt file? Do you know which picture was corrupt?
I hope this helps!

Hello Fabrizio66,
Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.
When you are done transferring you need to go back into our app and tap on the 'clear' button. Then on our website your photos should disappear and get ready for a new batch. If they're still there all you have to click is "refresh".
From there you can go back into our app and select the next batch of 100 photos.
Note: by default you have 200 photos you can transfer but this number can be changed by going to the settings -> transfer -> photo limit size. Larger batches of photos can take longer to transfer!
Kind Regards,
Amber

Hello Buggsie,
Thanks for using Photo Transfer App and posting your question here. I will be happy to help you.
What program are you using to view your photos?
Note: if you are viewing your photos on the web browser some pictures will not be rotated in the proper way. This is because the browser can't detect the proper rotation. To solve this please use the 'Download all photos as zip file' and then open your photos with a image viewing software on your computer. Picassa desktop for example will be able to show the photos in the correct orientation (for example).
Please let me know if this helps or if you have further issues!
Kind regards,
Amber

Hello John,
Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.
Are you on an iPad 3 per-chance? If so, we are currently aware of this issue when photos, when viewing it in the photos app, are slightly cut off or not displaying the entire image.
The developer of the app is pushing an update very soon to fix this!
I hope this helps! We appreciate your patience :)

Hello Tom,
Thanks for contacting us, I will be happy to help you.
You can access your camera roll (or a created album) using our app. This means you can transfer to and from those albums. As of right now it can't transfer to iPhoto directly. You will have to transfer the photos from your iDevice to your Mac and then from there transfer/import them into iPhoto.
I would like to suggest maybe using our Mac app to transfer photos from iDevice to your mac using our mac app:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photo-...
Just install the software from the link and then launch the app on your iDevice and on the Mac. Your mac should discover your device when you click on "discover devices" button on the mac app. Also make sure that your iDevice and mac are connected to the same network.
As a side note: Make sure you have location services turned on. To check this go to Settings -> Location Services -> ON.
Please let me know if this helps!
Kind Regards,
Amber

Hello Jude,
Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.
After transferring photos from your Android to iPad they should be in your photos app. Did you check your native photo app on your iPad? Where you able to locate some but not all transferred?
If you sent it to a specific album it should show up there as well as the Camera Roll (that's how Apple designed it with the new iOS). After you transfer the photos from the Android to the iPad you need to open the 'Photos' app to view the photos that you transferred.
If they still are not there please let us know if they were in a JPG, GIF or PNG format and what device they where taken with. If they are very big photos I would recommend to resize them before transferring to the iPad.
I hope this helps!
Kind Regards,
Amber

As gvdid1 recommended, make sure that you have the location services turned on. With the newer iOS updates the Location services have moved.
Settings -> Location Services -> ON. Make sure you have this enabled.
Make sure that your photos are in a JPG, GIF or PNG format to transfer. (note: we also support transferring raw files as well). Also make sure you keep the app running while attempting to transfer otherwise it won't be able to grab photos from your library.
I hope this helps!

Hello Bbrissette,
Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you :)
To select the pictures on your iPhone you need to launch our app. Tap on our app and make sure you are connected to a wifi network and that your computer is also connected to the same wifi network ( This also applies when transferring iDevice to iDevice ).
Once you launch our app you tap on send or receive. Then you will tap on Apple, Windows or iPhone/iPad. Once you make your selection you need to tap on "Select photos & videos". From there your camera roll will pop up along with all / any albums you've created.
If you are having issues with your photo library showing up then close out your apps, turn off/on your iDevice and then launch the photos app on your iDevice to give it a fresh connection. Then launch our app and try the steps above.
Please let me know if this helps!
Kind Regards,
Amber

Thanks for posting your question here, I'll be happy to help you. Sorry about the delay in response!
Are you not able to see the rest of your albums after you deleted the -1- you wanted? Does the deleted album still show in your iPads camera roll? If so, you might want to close out the photos app (maybe even force quit it) and then relaunch it to see if the album still shows up there.
You will also want to close out of our website and relaunch it to see if the album(s) show again.
Please let me know if this helps!
