Make sure that you have your location services enabled. This has been a problem for other users and the solution was enabling location services. You can find it by going to: Settings -> Location Services - ON.

If you still have issues, ensure that you have the app running at the same time while trying to transfer photos to your album. Did you create the album using our website or did you create it directly on your iPad?

Thanks for the reply as well the screenshot! Unfortunately there is no way to change the order of the elements on the camera roll. Apple does not provide a way to 'insert' elements on the camera roll other than at the end :(

Hopefully this will be added to iOS6!

Are your videos in a .MOV format? Where they taken with your iDevice? or another device? Make sure you have the app running while attempting to transfer videos. Make sure that your iDevice is connected to the same network while attempting to transfer the video(s).

What is the length/size of the video(s) you are trying to transfer?

If you get an error kicking back saying you need to have the latest version of the app then you probably need to update the app. You can easily install the latest version by going to the "App Store" on your iDevice and tapping on "updates". From there our app should show up if you are not running the latest version.

All you have to do is tap 'update' and it should install 3.2 version of our app :) Let us know if neither of the suggestions work, or you are still having problems connecting!

Our app allows you to transfer from device to computer and computer to device and it will transfer the photos in the order in which you select them. However apple does not have a future currently that allows you to have 'sub folders'.

You can use our app to create albums and from there transfer into those albums form your computer. They should show up in the same order you selected them.

I am sorry you are having issues with the app! Make sure you do not have videos selected with the batch of photos you want to transfer. Usually that's why you get the xmp format :)

Try going through your selection and making sure you don't have any videos selected.

You should be able to delete the app by tapping and holding on the icon (that should be installing but is stuck) then tap on the red (-). That should cancel the download and allow you to go back to the App store and install it again.

If you still experience issues I would recommend downloading it to iTunes and then try to sync it with your iPod :)

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Our app cannot delete / modify any content off your device. Apple doesn't allow third party apps to make modifications to your device so our app copies your photos / videos and transfers them.

If you want to delete them you have to do it manually using the photos app on your device or you can unsync with iTunes.
