How do I select the pictures on my iphone I want to transfer. I do not have the location option in my setting menu
Hello Bbrissette,

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you :)

To select the pictures on your iPhone you need to launch our app. Tap on our app and make sure you are connected to a wifi network and that your computer is also connected to the same wifi network ( This also applies when transferring iDevice to iDevice ).

Once you launch our app you tap on send or receive. Then you will tap on Apple, Windows or iPhone/iPad. Once you make your selection you need to tap on "Select photos & videos". From there your camera roll will pop up along with all / any albums you've created.

If you are having issues with your photo library showing up then close out your apps, turn off/on your iDevice and then launch the photos app on your iDevice to give it a fresh connection. Then launch our app and try the steps above.

Please let me know if this helps!

Kind Regards,

Amber

I tried what you recommended but was unsuccessful on my iPhone I get a warning message that indicates cannot locate file. I went through the instructions they provided to fix the issue but I do not have the location option under setting your help is greatly. Appreciated as I really want to transfer my files. Thanks
As gvdid1 recommended, make sure that you have the location services turned on. With the newer iOS updates the Location services have moved.

Settings -> Location Services -> ON. Make sure you have this enabled.

Make sure that your photos are in a JPG, GIF or PNG format to transfer. (note: we also support transferring raw files as well). Also make sure you keep the app running while attempting to transfer otherwise it won't be able to grab photos from your library.

I hope this helps!

Kind Regards,

On my iPad2 the tab is called "Location Services", within the "Settings" main area.

Could it be the same on your iPhone?

Location Services need to be ON, so the GeoTaged info can be read by the iOS.
Then you'll be able to select your photos to transfer.
