Problem with app uploading mvi from PC/app crashes

Thank you for posting your question with us, I will be happy to help you! I am sorry you are having issues with the app crashing.

Have you attempted to use the desktop app perchance? You can find more information as well as download it for free here: www.phototransferapp.com/desktop

Make sure that you do not have any blank or nameless album. Sometimes there are nameless album's in your library and if they are in there make sure you delete them and try to launch the app again and attempt your transfer. Make sure you are on the latest version of our app which is 4.0. You can also close out the app, launch your photos app first and then launch our app and attempt to transfer your videos.

Did you take all the videos with your iDevice or did you import a few of them from another source? Also make sure that you have enough free space on your iDevice. Sometimes the app will crash if you do not have enough free space to transfer a video or larger files.

One other suggestion for this problem is to try to convert the video to MOV format using this tool which allows to convert to the right format/resolution for an specific devices:
