can't connect iphone to mac app

No problem connecting through browser, but thought I'd try the mac app. It located my device, but required authorization, not explaining how to do that. When I realized I needed to do that on the iphone, I did. Now it can't locate my device. I've tried restarting both apps. What next?

Make sure you are using 4.0 of our app :) Please open our app, tap on the gear icon at the top left hand corner. There will be an option for "Authorize to Connect". Make sure it is turned to ON!

Also you might want to make sure your Privacy settings are enabled to have access as well. Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Please follow those instructions and let us know if it worked. If not, then you may need to restart our app. To do that, please double tab the 'Home button' of your device until the running apps appear and then hold your finger over our app and then tap the little '-' icon that appears over the icon. After that, launch our app and you should have access to your photos.
