Ipad 2 issues wirh photo transfer app

Hi, i have the pt app on both my iphone and ipad2. It starts on the iphone but i cant close down the welcome page on e ipad. The x in the top corner is not displayed hence i cant start the app. Anyone know how to get round this issue?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? I would recommend giving that a go and seeing if that alleviates the issue you are having with the app. Also please make sure you are on the latest version of our app for iPhone and iPad which is version v4.0. Make sure that both devices have the latest version!
