Photos from Mac to iPhone don't transfer in order

When you say "our app can transfer to/from your device but please note that it cannot transfer directly from iPhoto" I'm confused but I tried placing all the pictures into a file on my desktop and transferring those into my camera roll and still no luck--they are still coming out in a seemingly random order.

No problem at all, happy to help :)

When you transfer from your device to your computer (for example) our app can only transfer your photos to your computer first and then once your photos are on your computer you can then transfer it to iPhoto. Our app cannot directly transfer to iPhoto.

But I'm not trying to transfer my photos from my phone to my computer. I am trying to transfer my photos on my computer to my camera roll on my iPhone. Every time I do this it works however the pictures are not in order. My camera roll was erased but I had all of my pictures backed up on my computer that is why I'm trying to restore them in order.

If you select the photos in the order in which you want them to appear in your camera roll our app should transfer them over in that order you desire :)

Unfortunately, that isn't true for me as I've explained. Am I supposed to be selecting pictures to transfer one by one? Because that's crazy--I have too many pictures to do that. I purchased the app because I thought it would transfer multiple pictures in order.... I'm really frustrated :(

Something to try to change the order of the uploads is to change the order the files are listed when they are selected on the screen. When you select the files on the computer there is a way to sort the files by "Modified date" and then select the files to be uploaded.

This sort order is done on the little window that appears when selecting the files, each column ( name, date, size etc ) can be sorted and then the files c an be chosen in that order.

If you wish to transfer your photos in a specific order then make sure you select your photos in the order you want them to appear. They should transfer over in that order :)
