If you are using the latest version(s) of the app then please try using the web browser interface and see if you still get the same results.

Hello Peter,
It should work with iOS6, I was testing it on my end and was able to create an album using the desktop app on a device running iOS6+.
I was wondering are you still experiencing the same problem? I know this was long over due in reply, but are you still having issues with the app? We did release some updates.

Hello Morrie,
I would recommend that you force quit the app (if you haven't already). To force quit the app just double tap on the home button, tap and hold on our app until it wiggles and tap on the red "-".
Once you force quit the app, please launch your photos app first then launch our app and try to create the album.
If you continue to experience issues, please try and create the album on your device directly and see if you can transfer to it :)

Make sure you keep the app running and connected while you attempt to make the transfer. When you try to transfer your photos from the Windows 8 App to your iPad do you receive any indication that the transfer was successful? Or are there any error messages?
Did you look in your camera roll and/or album(s) that you've chosen to transfer the photos too?

Our app cannot modify or remove anything off your devices or computer so if you want to delete any photos or videos then you will have to do so manually from the device. Are you using our app? Photo Transfer App? If you are using our app I would recommend that you restart the device and try opening the app again.
Our app reads your photos from your albums / camera roll so that's why they appear in the app :)

We've noticed that sometimes the iPad has trouble saving photos that are in very high resolution, so maybe a good test would be to re-size one of your photos that are not transferring correctly before uploading them to the iPad to see if that helps. Do you know what size are the files of your photos?
Let me know how it goes when you try to reduce the resolution before uploading!

Our app allows you to transfer from device(s) to PC over a wifi network. However the app has to be running and you have to start the transfer in order for your photos / videos to be transferred. In other words, as of right now our app cannot have a 'back up' time / date specified. So if you want to back up your files , which our app does have that setting using the Desktop App then you can use that but you will have to manually back up your photos / videos. Our app cannot automatically do that :)
You can however set up your own folders in which you want your photos / videos to be backed up to when you use our desktop app to backup your files.

Our app doesn't remove your content because Apple doesn't allow third party apps to make certain modifications to your device and that includes removing photos. So our app copies your photos / videos when you use our app to transfer them over :)
