When I try to receive photos something keeps poping up

When I try to receive photos it keeps poping up saying please authorize the connection on '(null)' then try again... I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do?

Make sure that you have the latest version on your iDevices when transferring between them :) The latest version for our app for iOS devices is 4.01. For Android is 2.5.1.
