As of right now Apple doesn't have a way to transfer your entire albums directly between your devices. However, you can use our app to transfer the photos within an album to/from your computer and to/from your iphone to ipad.
One minor correction to the answer above. We are looking on how to implement this functionality, it is not a limitation from Apple but our software. However you can create an album with the same name on your iPhone and iPad and then transfer all the photos in the album with Photo Transfer App.
