Newbie can't get started
I download the app for my iphone -no problem. I download the app for my PC as suggested and "save". No shortcut appears on my desktop and no program appears to be in "all programs". Where am I going wrong?

When you download the desktop app for PC you will need to extract the .zip file and then download the .exe file :) Did you get the app from here: http://phototransferapp.com/win/updat...

following your advice the program downloaded just fine. However the camera roll on my iphone is still there. Could you tell me how to adjust the app settings to delete the camera roll after transferring to the PC.
