Photo transfer app frustration!!

I've downloaded yr app onto my iphone4 & ipad. When I go to settings stage 4 on the phone there is nothing on that section to turn on, just a blank page. I've tried renewing the app but still no result. What am I doing wrong please?

I'm sorry you are having issues with the app, I will be more then happy to assist you.

What are you attempting to turn on? Are you trying to allow our app authorization to access your photo library? If you are on iOS5 please verify that you have enabled Location Services for our app under Settings -> Location Services. If you don't see Location services listed then please look under General -> restrictions to see if it's turned ON. For iOS6 the way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6. Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Please follow those instructions and let us know if it worked. If not, then you may need to restart our app. To do that, please double tab the 'Home button' of your device until the running apps appear and then hold your finger over our app and then tap the little '-' icon that appears over the icon. After that, launch our app and you should have access to your photos.

Also please note we did push an update for our app and the latest version is 4.3
