We are aware that the app is not recognizing time zones on the timestamp of the photo which is causing the problem you are experiencing. We are working on an update for the Mac app to resolve this issue and hope to have it launch ASAP !

Once the photos are transferred to your device they are transferred over completely. Our app cannot delete or remove anything from your device. Any videos or photos you want to remove you will have to delete manually :)

So if you delete your photos on one device it will not delete then on the other.

Our app cannot modify or remove anything off your device. It can create albums and transfer to / from those albums so it couldn't have touched your actual camera roll. Did you name your new album "Camera Roll"? Did you happen to sync your photos with iTunes perchance, thus why you would see your Camera roll as empty? Are your photos located on your computer anywhere?

I would recommend closing out the windows app, launch it again and see if your camera roll shows up.

Apple has it's own naming scheme when you transfer photos to / from your computer to / from your device. We are working on a potential update for this to allow the preservation of the names of your files.

Our app doesn't reduce the quality of your videos or photos when you use our app to transfer to/from your device. However if the videos are transferred from a higher resolution device (iPhone 4S) to a lower capable device (iPad 2) are indeed resized to be able to be saved and played on the receiving device.

This is actually the only time when the videos NEED to be resized because otherwise they would be rejected by the lower resolution device. What happens is that if we send the video 'as i' on the sender device (iPhone 4S in this case) the iPad 2 will reject it as it is not capable to play the video. So we change the resolution of the video to the maximum resolution accepted by the receiving device. When sending from iPhone 4S to iPad 3 then there is no need to changing the video as the iPad 3 (a newer and more capable device) will be able to save and play the iPhone 4S videos. Again this only happens with videos (not photos) and only when transferring from a newer to older device. So this might be the reason why you are experiencing any reduction in quality.

Make sure that you allowed authorization for our app to your photos. You need to allow authorization between your device and computer (or device to device) in order to transfer between your devices. You can tap on the gear icon in the app, scroll down a little bit until you see Authorization to connect. Make sure this is enabled on both devices. Also make sure you are on the latest version of our app which is 4.01 and 2.5.1 for Android.
